Sales Recruitment Consultant – Miami
Location: Miami, Florida | Full Time | Office-Based
Base Salary: $55,000 USD Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing
- Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates across the technology sector
- Identify and win new business through proactive outreach and business development
- Source, qualify and engage with top technology talent
- Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
- Build your own network and develop a strong portfolio of clients and candidates
- Work towards clear weekly and monthly performance targets
- Become a specialist within your chosen technology market
- Learn from experienced managers and high-performing consultants around you
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years' experience in sales, recruitment, business development or a similar target-driven environment
- A strong commercial mindset and desire to succeed
- Comfortable working towards targets and being measured on performance
- Competitive, ambitious and motivated by achievement
- Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Coachability — willing to listen, learn and implement feedback
- Resilience and the ability to stay motivated when things don't go your way
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in recruitment
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment
