Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Miami

Location: Miami, Florida | Full Time | Office-Based

Base Salary: $55,000 USD Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

• Build relationships with candidates and clients across the technology sector
• Source and engage with top technology talent
• Learn how to qualify candidates and understand their career goals
• Develop your own network within your specialist technology market
• Work towards clear weekly and monthly targets
• Use LinkedIn, Boolean searches and recruitment technology to identify talent
• Develop your communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Learn from experienced managers and high-performing consultants
• Build your own career and progress within the business
