What You Will Be Doing
- Building new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market insight across Spanish speaking markets
- Developing long-term client partnerships and managing ongoing relationships
- Sourcing, qualifying, and managing top contract talent across specialist tech markets including ERP, CRM, Data, and more
- Working towards targets, growing your desk, and celebrating success as part of a high-performing team
What We Are Looking For
- Spanish fluency is essential, both written and spoken
- Ideally two or more years of recruitment experience, though strong performers with demonstrable results are encouraged to apply
- A proven billing track record and confidence working to KPIs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress
