Recruitment Consultant, Spanish Speaking
Location: Miami, Edgewater 33137

InterEx Group is continuing to grow in Miami and we are hiring Spanish speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our high-energy sales floor in Edgewater.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on building new business across Spanish speaking markets while managing client relationships and delivering contract recruitment solutions within specialist tech sectors.
What You Will Be Doing
- Generating new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market engagement
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, screening, and managing contract candidates across ERP, CRM, Data, and related tech markets
- Working towards targets, growing your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish is essential
- Recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a proven billing record
- Confidence working towards KPIs and revenue targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by results
