Intercoastal Medical Group, Inc. is seeking customer service oriented professional individuals for a Phone Operator position in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota offices. Responsibilities may include (but not limited to):
* Answer incoming calls: transcribe messages and route to the appropriate user; and assist with appointment requests (office visits and/or in-office procedures/tests).
* Perform appointment confirmations
* Assist with the patient portal messages
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Customer Service Experience
* Strong Computer Skills
* Basic HIPAA Knowledge
