Overview:
Interchange Business Organization is a networking and business development organization with over 300 members on Long Island. Our goal is simple - to help businesses grow and recognize their full potential.
We are seeking: a part-time member growth coordinator with an entrepreneurial spirit to work in our Melville office. Serious Inquiries Only Please.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties:
- Follow-up phone calls with prospective members regarding why IBO is the organization to join
- Phone & Email current and prospective members with critical information regarding meetings & events
- Helping with new members on boarding & communication with team leaders.
- Scheduling meetings, following up on attendance
Candidate should have the following skills:
- Professional phone presence: must be able to initiate phone calls
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with data entry
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong follow-up

Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
