Interchange Business Organization is a networking and business development organization with over 300 members on Long Island. Our goal is simple - to help businesses grow and recognize their full potential.
We are seeking: a part-time marketing / event coordinator with an entrepreneurial spirit to work in our Melville office. Serious Inquiries Only Please.
The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative duties with a focus on event coordination:
Set up & market events from inception to post event
Budget events
Scout locations and negotiate with vendors
Run marketing campaigns - Social Media – Constant Contact – E-Blasts
Manage and attend events
Following up on attendance
Candidate should have the following skills:
Professional phone presence: must be able to initiate phone calls
Social media savvy, must be able to create and post to Facebook, Tik-Tok, & Instagram, etc
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Experience with data entry
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong follow-up
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
Salary : $19 - $20
