Our client, who has an international presence and 6 operating locations throughout the US, is seeking a Regional Controller to lead financial operations as a strategic partner to the CFO.

Required education/experience:
- Holds an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience with financial planning & analysis or as a direct business controller
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and maintain financial strategies in an industrial or engineering services sector.
- FP&A in a cross functional team supporting operations, sales, corporate HQ during high growth or to support scalability within a technical services market
- Expertise within data analytics, to turn information into financial models, forecasting, and strategic recommendations for leadership and C-suite executives to make proper decisions
- Past performance that shows improvement in margin optimization, process improvements, cost control, and bottom-line results.
