Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
- Build and strengthen our brand through creative marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
- Lead all social media strategy, content creation, email marketing, and online engagement efforts
- Design high-quality marketing materials for digital, web, print, and event initiatives
- Develop innovative campaigns that increase visibility, lead generation, and client engagement
- Analyze marketing data and KPI trends to improve campaign performance and business results
Client Relationships & Business Development
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and networking
- Support new client acquisition efforts through marketing campaigns, networking events, referrals, and relationship-building initiatives
- Identify local networking opportunities, sponsorships, and industry events that drive brand exposure and business growth
- Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to help expand market presence and generate new business opportunities
Events & Culture
- Lead and coordinate company events including client mixers, networking functions, anniversary parties, and team-building events
- Drive employee involvement in networking and brand-building activities
- Play an active role in onboarding new hires and supporting company culture initiatives
- Help create an energetic, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, business development, account management, or event marketing
- Strong social media, content creation, and graphic design experience
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms preferred
- Highly organized, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for branding, networking, client engagement, and business growth
