Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
- Collaborate with families, school teams, and multidisciplinary professionals to support clients’ needs.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and refine intervention plans.
- Provide training to staff and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans across environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Participate in meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders to advocate for clients’ success.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental differences, preferably in educational or clinical settings.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ethical practices in ABA services.
- Flexibility to manage diverse caseloads and occasional travel to local areas.
