Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in the professional growth and development of the clinical team. This individual will provide on-site training and mentorship to consultants, offering both positive and constructive feedback to foster ongoing skill development. The Clinical Supervisor will model professionalism and leadership, ensuring high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are consistently delivered across all settings.

Key Responsibilities
Foster a positive, supportive, and professional atmosphere across all team interactions.
Provide on-site training, modeling, and mentorship to consultants, including feedback on clinical and consultative skills.
Monitor and document consultant performance; provide written feedback for each consultant observed at least once per week.
Train and support consultants on conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), initial consultations, and ongoing consultative tasks across district sites.
Act as a supervisor/mentor for BCBA candidates and behavior consultants, particularly in home-based programming.
Collaborate with the Director in managing caseloads and ensuring equitable distribution of assignments.
Ensure BCBA candidates receive appropriate supervision hours aligned with certification requirements.
Support team members in delivering high-quality ABA services, including reviewing documentation and offering on-site assistance as needed.
Assist in planning and delivering in-house and district-wide professional development opportunities.
Work collaboratively with the Supervisor of ABA Therapists to support RBTs and assist with joint training initiatives.
Increase billable hours when needed, under the direction of the Director.
Identify areas for individual and team growth and support the implementation of targeted strategies to improve service delivery.
Communicate team concerns, needs, and progress to the Director in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset across all assigned tasks.
What We're Looking For
BCBA certification (required)
Minimum of 2 years ABA experience (school, home, or clinic-based preferred)
Prior supervision or mentorship experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Organized, flexible, and driven to support clinical excellence
