Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
About the Role

We’re looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to be the heartbeat of our Early Learners Department. You’ll juggle phones, forms, emails, and insurance paperwork (don’t worry — we’ll train you), while making sure our team and families have what they need to thrive.
What You’ll Be Doing
Running our front desk with warmth, professionalism, and a dash of hustle
Managing enrollment and paperwork for social skills groups and programs
Collecting and entering billing info (QuickBooks, authorizations, etc.)
Communicating with families, care managers, and staff
Scheduling staff and consultants across various programs
Helping prep materials for groups, events, and trainings
Keeping the office stocked, organized, and running like a well-oiled machine
