We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to be the engine behind our day-to-day People function—driving a seamless experience across recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle operations, and culture initiatives.
This role sits at the center of how we attract, support, and retain talent. You’ll partner closely with the People team and leaders across the organization to ensure every employee and candidate interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and aligned with our standards.

What You’ll Own
Talent Acquisition Experience (Front Door of the Company)
Own interview coordination end-to-end across multiple stakeholders
Partner with hiring managers to keep hiring processes moving with speed and precision
Ensure a high-quality, white-glove candidate experience at every touchpoint
Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS to support hiring decisions
Employee Lifecycle Operations (Backbone of the People Function)
Execute onboarding and offboarding processes with consistency and care
Maintain employee data integrity across HR systems
Support benefits, payroll coordination, and core People processes
Draft and manage key employee documentation (offers, verifications, etc.)
Employee Experience & Culture
Support the execution of engagement initiatives, events, and internal programming
Help bring People initiatives to life from trainings to company-wide moments
Partner on DEI programming, ERGs, and culture-building efforts
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across all People data
Support audits and documentation as needed
Identify process gaps and contribute to improving how we work
Team & Project Support
Provide coordination support across People initiatives and strategic projects
Act as a reliable operator who keeps the team organized and moving forward

Qualifications
2 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting coordination, or administrative operations
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Exposure to HR systems, ATS platforms, or payroll tools is a plus
