Position Overview
We’re seeking a Yearbook Marketing Support Specialist to provide key administrative, project, and marketing support to the Yearbook Department. This role ensures smooth coordination between teams, timely completion of projects, and effective organization of yearbook materials and initiatives.If you enjoy staying organized, supporting creative campaigns, and helping projects come to life, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our yearbook program.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and tracking yearbook projects and deadlines.
- Organize digital files, reports, and marketing materials to keep workflows running efficiently.
- Support marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and promotional efforts for yearbook services.
- Prepare and proof templates, guides, and digital content for internal and external use.
- Coordinate internal requests, data entry, and account or asset setup.
- Collaborate with yearbook, marketing, production, and sales teams to align goals and communications.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital tools, file management, and basic office software (Google Suite, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to learn new software platforms and internal systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a dependable team collaborator.
Additional skills that will set you apart:
- Experience in project coordination, administrative support, publishing, or marketing.
- Familiarity with print production, digital asset management, or content creation tools.
