In this position, you’ll be at the center of testing, support, and collaboration—helping ensure smooth system performance from development through production.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will lead user acceptance and integration testing efforts, including functional and regression testing. You’ll manage defects, support implementation into production, and provide training to stakeholders. You will also serve as the first line of support for any UAT issues encountered by team members.
- You’ll act as a key link between technology and business operations, serving as the first level of escalation for production issues. This includes supporting business-as-usual processes and helping resolve system-related challenges quickly and effectively.
- You’re someone who can work independently, is eager to learn, and enjoys tackling challenges. You’re comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and collaborating in an environment where ideas are shared and challenged.
- Experience with UAT testing, Agile methodologies, and defect management is highly valued. A natural curiosity or interest in technical processes will also set you up for success in this role.
- An understanding of Global Custody, SWIFT messaging, or collateral management and segregation is a plus.
- A degree in Finance or a strong interest in the financial industry will help you thrive in this position.
