Business Analyst – Grocery Operations & Data Insights

Overview

IntePros is seeking a Business Analyst to support operational process improvements, reporting, and data analysis initiatives within a fast-moving retail and grocery-focused environment. This role will help support the transition to new operational processes by analyzing business data, assisting with reporting needs, and helping prioritize opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, financially minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors.

Core Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Pull and analyze business reporting to support operational decision-making
• Assist with data analysis tied to process improvements and prioritization efforts
• Help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within existing workflows
• Support reporting organization and operational readiness initiatives
  
  

Business Operations Support

• Assist with vendor meetings and operational discussions
• Support onboarding of new processes and organizational standards
• Help maintain reporting accuracy and operational consistency across teams
  
  

Presentation & Communication

• Build presentations, decks, and storyline materials for business reviews
• Translate analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations
• Support recurring team meetings, syncs, and operational updates
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across the organization
• Participate in regular team meetings and monthly syncs
• Support a collaborative, fast-paced operational environment
