Supply Chain Data & Operations Analyst – Reporting, Automation & Cross-Functional Execution

Responsible for supporting supply chain operations through data analytics, reporting, and process optimization. This role focuses on building dashboards, improving workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making across complex supply chain environments.

The position combines supply chain knowledge, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. It involves working with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams to improve visibility, streamline operations, and support execution of supply chain initiatives.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and delivering clear, actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience building dashboards, reports, or data tools for operational visibility
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Background in supply chain, operations, or data analytics roles
  • Ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, logistics, engineering, and finance teams
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Aspects Of The Role Include

  • Providing visibility into KPIs such as lead time, cost, supplier readiness, and shortages
  • Supporting ongoing supply chain programs and execution efforts
  • Improving reporting structures and operational workflows

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to track supply chain KPIs
  • Support development and execution of automated and AI-enabled workflows
  • Standardize reporting templates and improve tooling efficiency
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate supply chain status and risks
  • Track total cost of ownership to support cost reduction initiatives
  • Support lead time optimization through data analysis
  • Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Assist with post-launch changes and product lifecycle coordination
  • Maintain accurate, organized data for operational decision-making

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
  • Experience with automation or AI workflow tools
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) or PLM tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale or new product supply chain programs
  • Background in complex or technology-driven supply chains
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements
