Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain initiatives for assigned products, collaborating with sourcing, planning, and engineering teams.
- Manage total cost, lead times, and supply execution for specific robotic products.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis on Bills of Materials (BOMs) to track costs and lead times.
- Present status updates to leadership and provide feedback on supply chain implications of program decisions.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or product operations management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chain initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
- Experience in robotics or electromechanical systems.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and PLM tools (Agile).
- Experience with cost reduction and lead time optimization initiatives.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
