Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to design and build groundbreaking products that exceed user expectations.
- Lead in evaluating business cases and aligning key stakeholders for successful product launches.
- Oversee the delivery of scalable software solutions in collaboration with engineering teams to achieve business goals.
- Transform complex requirements into precise product specifications and clear user stories.
- Champion Agile methodologies and manage development backlogs to prioritize strategic features.
- Set and document acceptance criteria guiding developers and QA in their tasks.
- Extensive experience (10-15 years) in technical product management, ideally within the banking industry.
- Strong grasp of product lifecycle with an ability to effectively articulate technical concepts.
- Proven expertise in Agile principles and backlog management.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging various stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to drive strategic product outcomes.
- Background as a software engineer, data engineer, or solutions architect.
- Proficiency in evaluating business cases and achieving stakeholder alignment.
- Experience exploring partnerships and licensing opportunities externally.
- Experience in conducting beta and pilot testing for new products.
