This is a primarily remote opportunity, with a preference for candidates local to the Philadelphia area who can be onsite during the first week of training before transitioning to remote work.

Responsibilities
- Review, update, and validate parking-related data using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compare records, identify discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
- Follow established procedures to maintain consistent and complete records.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive departmental information.
- Complete assignments within established timelines.
- Escalate data inconsistencies or issues to the appropriate team members.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable, organized, and dependable work style.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
