Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40-hours Weekly)
Pay: $18-20/hr. on W2
Note: 1st week will be onsite and then REMOTE
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Parking Department for a two-month assignment with possible extension. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our parking data through repetitive, detail-focused work in Microsoft Excel.
While the work is straightforward and does not require advanced technical skills, it requires a high level of concentration, consistency, and accuracy. The quality of this work directly impacts the reliability of our department's records and operations.
Responsibilities
- Review, update, and verify parking-related data in Microsoft Excel.
- Perform repetitive data entry and data validation tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Compare records and identify discrepancies.
- Follow established procedures to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality of department information.
- Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
- Communicate any data issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
