Recruiting Associate

Overview
The Recruiting Associate is an entry-level role designed to build future Recruiters and Account Executives at IntePros. This position focuses on developing strong recruiting fundamentals and providing hands-on experience in talent delivery. You’ll learn how to source top talent, build candidate relationships, and support client hiring needs. Through structured training, you’ll develop the foundation for a long-term, high-earning career in recruiting, with the option to pursue a sales career path. At IntePros, people are our business. Within the first few weeks, you’ll begin interacting with candidates and learning the sourcing process.
During the first six months, you will focus on developing in the Recruiter role. After that, there will be an opportunity to either continue advancing as a Recruiter or transition into our Account Executive training program based on performance.
Recruiting & Talent Delivery
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for contract and direct hire roles
- Conduct phone interviews and evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit
- Review resumes from internal databases, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Coach candidates through resume preparation, interview prep, and offer stages
- Partner with Account Executives to align candidates with client needs
- Learn the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Training & Development
You’ll start in an immersive cohort-based training program designed to build a strong foundation in recruiting.
The program includes:
- Classroom-style instruction and hands-on practice
- Shadow sessions with senior recruiters
- Gamification, competitions, and peer collaboration
- Exposure to leadership and top performers
- Progressive responsibility leading to ownership of candidate relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent
- Track metrics, activity, and goals daily
- Develop strong professional relationships with candidates
- Continuously improve recruiting skills and industry knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- High energy, competitive drive, and positive attitude
- Coachable with a strong desire to learn
- Organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building new relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree is required
