Senior Program Manager – Yard Automation & Transportation Technology

IntePros is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead yard automation and transportation technology initiatives across a large, global operations network. This role supports automation programs focused on improving yard efficiency, driver check-in processes, safety, fraud prevention, and authentication controls across warehouse and fulfillment environments.

The Program Manager will drive multi-factor authentication initiatives and support network-wide expansion of AI-powered gate automation solutions. This position requires strong stakeholder management, technical depth, and the ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs in fast-moving operational environments.

Operational & Technical Support

• Support pilot launches and site-level rollout activities

• Identify cross-program dependencies
• Proactively surface risks and develop mitigation strategies

• 10 years of program/project management experience in technology or operations
