Overview
We are seeking a Principal IAM Governance Specialist with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role will serve as the technical owner of access certification and governance programs, driving configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of identity governance controls in a complex enterprise environment.
Top Priorities
Hands-on ownership of SailPoint ISC, with a strong focus on access certifications and reviews
Proven experience building and managing SailPoint integrations (connector, API, file, and database-based)

Identity aggregation and correlation
Entitlement modeling and RBAC
Key Responsibilities
Serve as technical owner for the access certification and review program within SailPoint ISC
Translate governance policies, regulatory requirements, and control objectives into scalable certification solutions
Define And Implement Integration Strategies, Including
Out-of-the-box and custom connectors
API-based, file-based, database-based, and directory-based integrations
Configure And Architect
User, entitlement, role, and application certifications
Reviewer assignment logic and delegation models
Escalation paths, notifications, and SLA tracking
Automated remediation and access revocation workflows
Define data aggregation, correlation logic, and attribute mappings to ensure certification accuracy
Evaluate And Approve Changes Impacting
Certification accuracy
Control effectiveness
Auditability and scalability
Partner with business and application teams to align governance requirements with system capabilities
Support audit readiness by documenting certification logic, configurations, and workflows
Leverage SQL and data analysis to support reconciliation, reporting, and troubleshooting
Maintain documentation including runbooks, configurations, and operational reporting
Recommend enhancements based on risk assessments, audit findings, and platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
5 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) / IAM
3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Strong Experience With
Access certifications and governance workflows
Identity aggregation and correlation
Entitlement modeling and RBAC
Experience Integrating SailPoint Using
Connector-based, API-based, file-based, and database-backed methods
Ability to analyze and resolve data quality issues impacting certification accuracy
Experience with scripting/automation (e.g., REST APIs, PowerShell)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing certification programs in large, complex, or regulated environments
Ability to build and refine governance processes and documentation in evolving security environments
