Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for configuring access certification and review programs, ensuring alignment with governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Define integration requirements for various certification approaches and oversee the architecture of user and entitlement certifications.
- Collaborate with business and application teams to ensure compliance with governance standards and source system capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration details and operational reports, to support audit processes.
- Continuously assess industry best practices to enhance certification effectiveness and recommend improvements to leadership.
Skills
- 5 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) or Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
- Proven expertise in user, entitlement, and role certifications, with a strong understanding of access management principles.
- Ability to analyze data quality issues impacting certification accuracy and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including auditors and compliance teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing and implementing certification programs in complex or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation tools used alongside SailPoint ISc, such as PowerShell or REST APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to establish processes based on evolving security requirements and enhance governance frameworks.
