Principal AI & Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced technology solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, intelligent automation, and enterprise applications to transform business operations.

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that combine modern software engineering, advanced analytics, automation, and AI-powered capabilities. You will help shape technology strategy, evaluate emerging innovations, and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex technology, data, automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and enterprise application initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and technical thought leader responsible for defining system scope, objectives, architecture, and solution design.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications, automation workflows, machine learning models, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Architect and deliver innovative AI-enabled capabilities including:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Generative AI solutions
• Intelligent agents
• Data-driven decision support systems
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve operational efficiency, business outcomes, and user experience.
• Ensure solutions are designed with scalability, security, governance, maintainability, and long-term sustainability in mind.
• Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of complex software and AI-driven solutions.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications, solution architectures, data models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive program design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain deep expertise in software engineering, cloud technologies, data engineering, AI/ML platforms, large language models (LLMs), vector databases, semantic search technologies, and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives while providing technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural oversight across project teams.
• Establish engineering best practices, conduct architecture and quality reviews, and promote adoption of innovative technologies that support enterprise transformation objectives.

• Strong experience delivering AI, ML, automation, and data-driven technology solutions.
• Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, RAG architectures, semantic search, vector databases, and intelligent agent frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise systems.
