Data Solutions & Services – Data Operating Model Group
About the Role
This role supports key initiatives within the Data Solutions and Services Data Operating Model Group and functionally reports to the Data Quality Issue Management Lead. The analyst will play a critical role in reviewing, governing, and driving remediation of data quality issues while supporting data governance reporting, workflow enhancements, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Review autogenerated and self-identified data quality issues from lines of business, including understanding problem statements, root causes, downstream impacts, and risk assessments
- Coordinate and lead working sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business or technology stakeholders
- Provide governance and oversight of data quality issues within the issue management workflow tool, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all content
- Partner with stakeholders to drive remediation of high-severity data issues
- Perform operational activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date data governance metrics and reporting
- Review and validate change requests submitted by lines of business, including performing due-diligence data sanity checks
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for data governance forums (e.g., Cross-Data Issue working groups) and document meeting minutes with assigned action items
- Assist in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements to enhance the issue management workflow tool
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for workflow tool enhancements
- Maintain team documentation across SharePoint, shared drives, and Confluence
- Provide user training on the issue management process and workflow tools
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as needed
- Operate effectively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability while managing multiple concurrent tasks

- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong business analysis and data analysis capabilities
- Appreciation for cultural diversity and inclusive collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
- Academic or professional training in accounting, statistics, data engineering, data science, or computer science
- Knowledge of data governance processes and tools, including Power BI and platforms such as Collibra, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and issue management/remediation workflow tools
