IntePros is seeking a Creative Project Manager to support one of our well-known sporting goods manufacturing clients.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of creative marketing projects that drive the company’s brand and marketing initiatives. You’ll ensure all creative assets are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards—while fostering efficiency, collaboration, and transparency across teams.
Pay: $40–$45/hr
Location: Hybrid in Fairhaven, MA (On-site Tuesday–Thursday)
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership – 65%
- Own the end-to-end management of creative projects tied to the marketing plan—from intake and briefing through final delivery.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, quality expectations, and brand guidelines.
- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Creative Operations to prioritize creative and design team resources for balanced workloads.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Adobe Workfront, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure on-time execution.
- Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and digital teams to align goals, timelines, and deliverables across initiatives.
- Lead project meetings, provide regular status updates, and proactively communicate progress to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and communication practices to strengthen creative operations and output.
- 5–8 years of project management experience within creative, marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of creative production across digital, print, and video.
- Exceptional organizational, project planning, and time-management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Workfront and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Passion for golf or familiarity with the golf industry is a plus.
