AI Workflow & Agent Development

Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow & Agent Development
- Design and implement automated workflows using enterprise AI and workflow platforms
- Configure AI agents through expert-level prompt engineering
- Build decision trees, automation sequences, workflow logic, and integration points
- Establish required data inputs and workspace structures for AI functionality
- Troubleshoot AI behavior, optimize prompt performance, and mitigate hallucinations
- Translate supply chain use cases into end-to-end automation solutions
- Build hybrid solutions combining analytics dashboards with AI workflows
- Orchestrate solutions across multiple platforms (BI tools AI systems)
- Manage 5–8 concurrent implementation projects independently
- Partner directly with supply chain teams to understand manual process pain points
- Co-develop solutions through iterative testing
- Lead user acceptance testing and solution validation
- Document workflow configurations, prompt structures, and implementation decisions
- Ensure documentation is clear enough for non-technical users to maintain long-term
- Treat documentation as a core deliverable
- Expert-level prompt engineering and AI agent configuration across enterprise platforms
- Strong experience with no-code/low-code workflow automation tools
- Ability to independently build and deploy AI-powered process automation solutions
- Deep understanding of AI agent training, context windows, model limitations, and hallucination mitigation
- Strong business process configuration experience
- Basic technical literacy (APIs, data structures, system integrations)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent automation projects
- High attention to detail and structured documentation practices
- Supply chain knowledge (procurement, inventory management, logistics planning)
- Experience with BI/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI)
- 2–3 years implementing AI or automation solutions in operational environments
- Operates independently with minimal supervision
- Rapidly adapts to new platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Balances execution speed with output quality
