What You’ll Do
- Support payroll processes across the U.S., including semi-monthly, monthly, off-cycle payrolls, variable compensation, stock transactions, and deferred compensation.
- Assist with calculations, tax reporting, and regulatory filings to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Gather data and documentation for standard filings and determine liabilities, withholdings, and other payroll-related calculations.
- Answer routine payroll-related inquiries from internal clients.
- Participate in special projects, with the opportunity to lead less complex initiatives.
- Contribute to the achievement of team objectives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- 2 years of payroll or accounting experience (preferred).
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll processing, payroll taxes, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience processing in-house payroll and working with multiple legal entities.
- Payroll tax experience.
- Oracle experience.
- Familiarity with ADP SmartCompliance platform.
