Server Corporate Catering Daily Service PT

Specializing in global cuisine, we work tirelessly with each client for events of all sizes, to build a custom experience that is not only delicious, but memorable.

Our Corporate Service team services our regular business clients onsite a their business location. We offer drop and go, self server and full service buffet models depending on the client. We are looking to add servers to our team who strive to offer warm hospitality and works well independently.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- 1 year food service experience
- 2 years in Customer Service
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility with schedules/routes
- Easily adapts to last minute requests and daily changes
- A clean driving record and the ability to qualify for our insurance plan
- Commercial driving experience helpful but not required
- Basic car, truck, and/or commercial truck knowledge (i.e. how to change a tire)
- Knowledge of downtown and surrounding areas

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING:
- Preparing carts with all necessary wares for each delivery
- Loading and unloading vehicles with daily orders
- Set up food stations at off-site catering locations
- Keeping truck and loading area clean and free of waste.
- Arrange, organized and keeping storage space clean.
- Ability to communicate professionally to clients and management
- Communicate with other servers on-site to determine their needs.
- Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
- Remain on-site for serviced events when required. This includes setting up and breaking down lunch equipment/utensils, serving and replenishing food.

ALL EMPLOYEES NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING:
-21 years or older
- Food handling card or certification through the approved organization, and ability to apply that knowledge by way of proper food handling
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds
- Able to sustain working long hours on your feet
- Must have reliable transportation to get to scheduled shifts and locations on time, and to get home after your shift

- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Ability to easily adapt to new settings and new team members
- Can professionally follow directives and instructions, on the spot, during busy times
- Outgoing, high energy personality
- Ability to communicate accurate information and needs to peers and managers
