About the Role:
The Outbound Admissions Advisor engages prospective students through outbound outreach efforts and guides them through the enrollment process for our career-focused medical training programs. You’ll be expected to act as a trusted advisor, understanding each prospective student’s career goals and aligning them with the right programmatic path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, emails, website forms, and chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner to engage and enroll prospective students and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Guide students through the admissions process, from initial interest to enrollment, using a consultative, personal, and ethical approach.
- Clearly communicate program features, career possibilities, tuition information, and enrollment steps. Manage any follow-up conversations necessary.
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with student services, marketing, and third-party to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual enrollment and outreach targets while maintaining student satisfaction and compliance standards.
- Continuously develop knowledge of program offerings and industry trends in healthcare and allied health professions.

Required:
- 1–3 years of outbound sales, customer service, or call center experience, ideally in a healthcare or training environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone manner.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Writing sample (for student-facing emails).
