About the Role:
The Inbound Admissions Advisor serves as the first point of contact for individuals expressing interest in our medical training programs. You will focus on responding to inquiries, providing expert guidance, and helping prospective students navigate the admissions process from first contact through enrollment. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and follow-up methods in a courteous and professional manner.
- Conduct admissions consultations with prospective students to understand their goals, answer questions, and explain program benefits and outcomes.
- Guide students through the admissions process, including registration steps, financial resources, and program timelines.
- Manage any follow-up communications to support students throughout the decision-making process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for each prospective student.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly metrics for responsiveness and registrations.
- Stay up to date on all program offerings, start dates, tuition details, and career opportunities.
- Learn and use various systems, technologies, etc., effectively and efficiently.

Required:
- 1–3 years of inbound sales, customer service, or call center experience, ideally in a healthcare or training environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone manner.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Writing sample (for student-facing emails).
