Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to assist with incoming calls and customer service requests.
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with customer support by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle clerical duties such as typing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
