Akkary Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Practice Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and support the growth of a busy cosmetic surgery practice. This role is central to maintaining our commitment to patient safety, regulatory excellence, and a superior patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily administrative and clinical operations to ensure smooth patient flow and outstanding service.
- Oversee financial performance, reporting, and budgeting.
- Collaborate with leadership to set strategic goals and manage growth initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and maintain AAAHC accreditation.
- Promote and monitor a culture of patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including revenue, expenses, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated management experience in a medical practice setting, with cosmetic, surgical, or specialty practice experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, maintain compliance, and uphold accreditation standards.
- Strong financial, operational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
