Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate our end-to-end recruitment function, with a strategic focus on meeting the talent needs of the Americas market. The ideal candidate will bring 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, deep expertise in talent acquisition best practices, and a proven track record in team management. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, leading a high-performing team of recruiters, and fostering a strong employer brand

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and team management.
• Proven experience in managing recruitment processes, preferably with exposure to retail industry.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing techniques, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills—able to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, headquarters, other departments, and candidates at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
