Job Description:
We are looking for a Supermarket Store Maintenance Lead to support our retail store operations. This is a leadership role rather than a hands-on technician position; however, a strong understanding of commercial refrigeration and facility systems is essential.
- Minimum 5 years of facilities management, maintenance leadership, or building operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing maintenance vendors, contractors, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Experience supporting multiple locations within retail, grocery, food manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or foodservice environments preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, project management, and organizational skills.
