Job Title: Senior Program Leader – Drug Development & Commercialization

Duration: 6–12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $127/hr.

Location: Cambridge, MA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Summary

  • Seeking an experienced Program Leader to drive cross-functional execution for a late-stage drug development program.
  • This individual will partner with senior leadership to translate asset strategy into actionable development plans, ensuring alignment across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, CMC, Market Access, and Commercial teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead integrated program planning, execution, and governance across cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage program timelines, milestones, critical paths, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Drive strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making processes.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, leadership reviews, and executive communications.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring alignment with overall development objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain program momentum and execution excellence.
  • Support launch readiness and commercialization planning activities.


Required Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical drug development and commercialization.
  • Strong program leadership experience within cross-functional R&D and commercial organizations.
  • Experience leading programs across Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, CMC, and Commercial functions.
  • Proven expertise in integrated development planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Neuroscience or CNS therapeutic area experience.
  • Experience supporting Phase III development programs.
  • Product Development & Commercialization (PDC) experience.
  • Launch preparation and commercialization planning experience.

Compensation:

The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more. Additionally, IntelliPro provides a comprehensive benefits package, all subject to eligibility.
