TIG Welder/Fabricator
Responsibilities
Primary
This is a Swing Shift Position: Hours are from 3:00pm-11:30pm
- Tig weld Stainless Steel, Aluminum and Cold Rolled Sheet Metal Parts and Assemblies
- Mig weld mild steel and stainless steel sheet metal parts and assemblies when required
Secondary
- Finish, Correct or rework sheet metal assemblies using hand tools and other skilled methods of fabrication.
- Track jobs and parts welded using simple documentation and electronic devices.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- Must effectively read and interpret mechanical and fabrication drawings.
- Applicant must follow work order directions and safely produce the required quantity of parts efficiently, and within the required tolerance and cosmetic quality.
- Applicant is required to perform inspection on their own work to prove dimensional tolerances and cosmetic requirements are met.
- Must understand how to fill out and use simple reports as directed.
- Press brake is a plus but not required
- Water jet operation/Simple CAD/CAM knowledge a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
