Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Technology Head – Agentic AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation autonomous AI systems. This role will drive innovation in Agentic AI architectures, leveraging modern frameworks and cloud platforms to build scalable, intelligent, and self-orchestrating systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the technology roadmap for Agentic AI initiatives
- Lead architecture decisions for autonomous AI systems and multi-agent workflows
- Build and mentor high-performing AI/ML engineering teams
- Collaborate with business leaders to align AI strategy with organizational objectives
- Design and implement agent-based AI systems using modern frameworks
- Develop scalable and secure AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Architect multi-agent orchestration, memory systems, and decision-making pipelines
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems
Technology Implementation
- Build and deploy solutions using
- Python for AI/ML development
- AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.) for cloud infrastructure
- LangChain & LangGraph for agent orchestration and workflows
- Integrate LLMs and foundation models into enterprise applications
- Drive adoption of best practices in MLOps, LLMOps, and AI governance
