Role: Senior Hardware Engineer
Location: Richland, MI – Onsite

Seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer with strong experience in analog/digital circuit design, PCB development, hardware testing, and ECAD/PLM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog/digital schematics and PCB layouts.
- Use Altium Designer for schematic and PCB design.
- Perform SPICE simulation, circuit analysis, signal/power integrity, thermal, and EMC/EMI analysis.
- Develop and maintain ECAD libraries, component footprints, symbols, and models.
- Conduct hardware verification, functional, parametric, EMC/EMI, and environmental testing.
- Define test equipment/software requirements and maintain Electronic Test Specifications.
- Prepare and release schematics, fabrication/assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation through PLM.
- Support component lifecycle management and design changes.
Required Skills:
- B.S./M.S. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 8–10 years of industrial hardware engineering experience.
- Altium Designer, SPICE, PCB Design, Analog/Digital Circuit Design.
- EMC/EMI, Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Thermal Analysis.
- Experience with Enovia PLM, Git, Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor and Ansys Electronics Desktop.
- Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
