Electrical Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Electrical Project Manager to manage and coordinate engineering projects within the elevator and vertical transportation domain. The role will independently drive project goals, milestones, schedules, scope, and budgets while supporting Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) activities. Responsibilities include engineering change management, risk assessment, project performance tracking, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires strong project execution experience within an electrical or product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical engineering projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Drive project milestones, scope, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Support PDLC electrical activities and product lifecycle processes.
• Manage engineering change activities within PDLC tools.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Monitor and report project performance.
• Conduct project risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Collaborate with electrical, product development, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Project management experience in an electrical or product development environment.
• Experience with elevator or vertical transportation products, systems, or components strongly preferred.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, and budget.
• Experience with project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to independently drive projects from planning through completion.

Work Requirements

• Full-time, onsite position in Florence, SC.
• Strong coordination and communication skills required.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and external vendors.
