Assemble and test electronic and electromechanical medical device components and subassemblies.
Use schematics, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools for testing and troubleshooting.
Perform precise mechanical assembly of small components and finished medical devices.
Operate automated test equipment and accurately document test results.
Maintain DHRs, quality records, and product traceability documentation.
Follow SOPs, GMP, ISO, FDA, safety, and quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience: 0–2 years in electronic assembly/testing; medical device experience preferred.
