Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support growth by building strong client relationships and expanding existing accounts for IT solutions and services.
The ideal candidate will focus on client engagement, account management, and opportunity expansion, while also contributing to new business development in areas such as Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders (CXOs, VP/Directors).
Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Support new business development through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts.
Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses.
Track client engagement, account performance, and growth opportunities.
Maintain CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) with accurate client and pipeline data.
Ensure smooth post-sales handover and ongoing account support.
Required Skills & Experience
3–6 years of experience in IT Solutions / Services Sales or Account Management (not staffing).
Strong ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Understanding of IT solutions such as Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Digital Engineering.
Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting sales cycles and client engagement activities.
Ability to identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with US clients or exposure to US market.
Background in system integrators or IT consulting firms.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
Existing client relationships or network is a plus.
