What You Need To Bring To The Table
- 3 years in business development, marketing, or relationship-based roles.
- Experience in construction, heavy civil, or infrastructure is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Ability to read data and adjust marketing based on results.
- Self-motivated and able to work without daily direction.
- Comfortable attending events, visiting jobsites, and meeting new people.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and tools like Canva or Adobe.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel across Georgia.
