Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: New York / New Jersey (Onsite)

Experience Required: 10 - 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent, culture, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Drive leadership coaching and succession planning initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts during organizational transformation.

HR Generalist Leadership

Oversee full-spectrum HR functions including:

• Talent acquisition
• Employee relations
• Employee Engagement
• Performance management
• Compensation & benefits administration Learning & development
• Policy development & implementation
• Manage full employee life cycle from onboarding to exit

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with all state specific labour laws.
• Partner with legal teams when necessary.
• Understand immigration laws and requirements

Talent & Organizational Development

• Drive performance management cycles and calibration processes.
• Identify skill gaps and partner with L&D for capability building.

Workforce Planning & Analytics

• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Drive headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support compensation planning and merit review cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, including:
• 5 years in an HR Business Partner capacity.
• Strong HR Generalist background.
• Direct experience partnering with senior leadership.
• Deep understanding of US employment laws across various states
• Proven experience in employee relations and compliance management.
• Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
• Experience supporting multi-state workforce.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed environments and across time zones
• Background in technology and financial services.
