Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our Wholesale Banking solutions in the US market.
Create strategic growth and revenue for Global Wholesale Banking (Business Banking Digital Channel Capabilities, Business Payments, Virtual Account Management, Cash Flow Forecasting for SMEโs, Working Capital Management for mid and large sized Corporates, Payables and Receivables Finance) software and service offerings through new client acquisitions.
Scope of Role:
We are looking for a determined Business Development Manager who can confidently articulate our value proposition to C level executives in both Technology and Business at Tier 1 banks across US.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients. With domain knowledge of business or retail banking preferred, the candidate will facilitate the end to end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
An ideal addition to our team is someone who can hit the ground running, is capable of working independently, and is excited by the thought of expanding our market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition for Wholesale banking solutions across the US market
- Sell banking technology solutions including payments, cash management, digital banking channels, virtual account management, and working capital solutions
- Build relationships with C level executives (CIO, CTO, VP, Director level) at Tier 1 banks
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, pipeline development, RFP responses, negotiations, and deal closure
- Develop and execute go to market strategies to drive growth in the banking sector
- Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline across large banking institutions
- Collaborate with pre sales, product, marketing, and delivery teams to drive successful deal execution
- Lead proposal development and RFP responses to increase win probability
- Provide market insights and client feedback to product and leadership teams
- Achieve annual revenue and sales targets aligned with company growth plans
Required Experience
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales
- Proven experience selling technology solutions to banks or financial institutions
- Strong hunter mindset with experience acquiring new clients and logos
- Experience selling payments, Wholesale banking, cash management, or digital banking platforms
- Proven track record of achieving multi million dollar sales targets
- Experience engaging with senior banking stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP, Director level)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
