About the Role
As the Product Manager for our Data Center Market, you will play a strategic role in positioning Intek Plastics Group as a preferred partner in this rapidly evolving sector. You’ll bridge market insights with internal execution, ensuring our products meet customer needs and deliver strong profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans for the data center market.
- Define product vision and strategy for our data center product line.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to develop solutions that address data center challenges.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch and beyond.
- Own pricing and profitability to ensure strong ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and adjust the product roadmap to stay ahead of the competition.
- Represent Intek Plastics Group in industry associations and forums.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the data center ecosystem.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including trade show participation and follow-up.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in product management, ideally in industrial products or tech-focused solutions.
- Strong understanding of data centers or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent required.
- MBA preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and committed to quality and customer service.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Interest and acumen for future leadership roles.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
