Position Overview
We are seeking a strategically minded, technically fluent, and innately curious Lead Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of product planning, execution, and evolution for our proprietary platform. This role requires a strong problem-solving orientation and an engineer’s mindset- someone who can break down complex challenges, research emerging solutions, and ask the right questions to uncover root needs.
You will be expected to connect customer insight, technical constraints, and business strategy to shape platform direction and ensure high-impact delivery. The Lead Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and serve as a thought partner to the Director of Platform—helping to strike the right balance between long-term vision and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap Strategy
- Own and articulate the long-term product vision and roadmap, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Translate insights from customer feedback, competitive research, and internal input into a forward-looking product strategy.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and platform evolution opportunities.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure the roadmap supports company-wide goals.
Technical Product Execution
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to release, defining clear, measurable acceptance criteria and driving agile sprints.
- Manage platform-level trade-offs and technical dependencies in partnership with engineering leadership.
- Validate, approve, and support the successful rollout of product features, ensuring quality and alignment with user expectations.
Go-To-Market Readiness & Performance
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure the product meets client needs and is well-supported post-launch.
- Define and track KPIs for product adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and commercial impact.
- Leverage data and feedback loops to iterate and improve product-market fit continuously.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Serve as the central hub between business strategy, technical execution, and customer outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership to the product team and serve as a mentor and resource for junior PMs as needed.
- Promote alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Foster accountability, clarity, and impact throughout the product development process.
Qualifications
- 7 years of product management experience in a SaaS or platform environment, including leadership or cross-functional management.
- Demonstrated success in driving both strategic roadmap development and technical product delivery.
- Experience with cross-functional influence in matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of Agile and product development lifecycles
- Familiarity with API platforms, developer tools, or data-rich software environments
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, product analytics tools, and modern collaboration platforms.
- Highly comfortable operating with ambiguity, designing structure where it doesn’t exist.
- Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, PropTech, IoT, or Digital Twin technologies.

- Drive clarity of cross-functional priorities and communication cadences by Day 90
- Demonstrate ownership of the product vision and strategic planning process
