Pay Rate: $50k/annually DOE!

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-caliber talent, ensuring alignment with company staffing needs.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels—including networking, referrals, digital platforms, and industry events—to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, behavioral interviews, and skill assessments to evaluate fit and potential.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from initial sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding—to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Oversee pre-employment processes such as background checks, assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within the Bullhorn ATS system, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow.
- Stay informed on industry hiring trends, competitor practices, and market conditions to refine our recruitment strategies.
- Represent Integrity Trade Services at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences to build our brand and expand talent pools.
- Meet and surpass recruitment targets while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (English and [Other Language]) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally within staffing or skilled trades industries.
- Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent in competitive markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging candidates at all levels.
- Experience with ATS and CRM systems—particularly Bullhorn—is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret recruiting metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
